Let's Make Your Event Effortless and Unforgettable

My goal is to make working together feel like an easy summer day—smooth, warm, and full of ease—so you can focus on creating a meaningful, memorable event. Below you’ll find helpful details to support your planning. If there's anything else you need, I’m just a message away.

Pre-event Planning

We'll schedule a video call no less than 6-8 weeks prior to the event to help me understand:

  • Who will be in the audience and how large the group will be

  • Your event goals and overall theme

  • Available A/V setup and technology

  • Any special requests you’d like me to consider

  • Travel details and logistics

Travel

In addition to the speaking fee, the host organization will cover reasonable travel expenses. This includes round-trip airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals, either through reimbursement or direct booking (prefered).

To ensure a smooth arrival and avoid any disruptions due to travel delays, I request two nights of lodging, arriving the day before the event and departing the day after. I’m also happy to remain available after the presentation to participate in any post-event activities such as wrap-up sessions, receptions, or dinners.
