Clarity that empowers.
Courage that moves.
Leadership that inspires action.
I’ve worn a lot of hats. Stockbroker. Nurse. President. Strategist. Each one has shaped how I lead, coach, and consult today. LeadWell Health Collective is where it all comes together. I work with nurses and health care professionals, executive teams, and boards who are ready to think bigger, lead better, and create meaningful, measurable impact. From keynotes that spark change to coaching conversations that build direction and confidence, to strategic advising that strengthens governance and alignment, I meet people where they are and help them lead forward with clarity and purpose.
My approach blends lived experience with bold vision. I believe leadership is personal. It grows with intention and thrives with the right kind of support. I help individuals and teams foster connection, navigate complexity, and lead with heart in today’s fast-changing healthcare landscape.
"Working with Trish has been one of the most transformative experiences of my nursing career. As a mentor, she brought the perfect mix of insight, encouragement, and challenge that helped me clarify and pursue my professional goals with purpose.

She took the time to truly understand where I was and where I wanted to go, offering thoughtful guidance as I navigated career decisions. From reviewing and refining my resume to helping me identify and secure a new job, her support was both strategic and deeply personal. She didn't just tell me what to do, she walked alongside me every step of the way.
What truly set her apart was her ability to challenge me with stretch assignments that aligned with my long-term aspirations. These opportunities helped build my confidence, sharpen my skills, and expand my view of what's possible in nursing leadership.

I’m incredibly grateful for her mentorship; it has changed the trajectory of my career."
